We created a brand identity and design system for a radically different type of office space for a local market in Winchester, UK.

A full renovation from Palace Capital in collaboration with Goadsby Commercial, meant a new brand identity was required to launch the project and communicate the building’s return to Winchester as a desirable office space.

Strong horizontal bars that bleed off and onto the page anchor the identity. A generous application of white space with a monochrome palette is used to created a design system that allows the brand to reference the building's transformation.
